New season, new plans…

After a successful racing season in 2009 in Gloria Scouting Cup (Formula Gloria) in Italy, Valeriy stays very optimistic about the new upcoming 2010 season and his future in motorsport. 5 top 3 podium finishes in 12 races in totally new series with a new car and on new tracks, proved again his talent and professionalism.

He competed with success on many formula junior cars (Formula BMW Junior, Formula BMW, Formula Gloria, Formula ADAC Masters) and other disciplines in motorsport (rally cars, touring cars). He is truly an “All-rounder” in motorsport. And now it is the right time to step up into the big formula categories. So, Valeriy and his management took the decision to prepare for 2011 in one of the feeder series of Formula 1. Why in 2011 and not now? Well, there are some reasons in taking this decision:

- First of all it’s because of the experience. For racing at the top levels of motorsport he needs a lot of experience. That’s why 2010 racing season is more a testing one. Does that means that he will not race anywhere in 2010? No, it does not. He will do a lot of testing as well as races;

- Second and most important it’s because of the financial support. The budget needed in those formula series is many times bigger than in junior series. That’s another reason why Valeriy decided to prepare for his 2011 season;
